Blue floral glass vase

This vase is stunning.  Apart from the lovely periwinkle glass base and lovely coral and peachy toned florals, it has silver trimming on the edges for highlights.  Note the second pic that shows chipping on the very bottom edge, not noticeable when vase is upright.  There is a makers mark on the bottom that, with just a cursory look on the internet, I failed to identify
